Plan upgrades work in one click for existing stores. Stores already on a paid plan no longer see a disabled button when changing plans — the upgrade goes through on the first click.

Simpler billing, fully inside Shopify. Upgrading or changing your plan now happens through Shopify's native billing, with a clear confirmation as soon as your new plan is active.
Onboarding that matches your plan. The setup guide now tailors its steps and wording to the plan you're on, so you only see what's relevant to you.
Clean restart on reinstall. Remove and reinstall BinHQ and onboarding resets, so you get a fresh guided setup instead of stale state.

Type-ahead product search. Start typing a product name or SKU and matches appear instantly on the bin assignment and barcode pages.
Low-stock badge in the sidebar. A live count shows how many items need attention so nothing slips through.
Team-invite links fixed. Invitation links now open the right page every time.

Guided onboarding checklist. New accounts get a step-by-step checklist so your team is picking and packing within minutes.
One-step fulfillment. New settings let you skip the pack step and auto-fulfill when that fits your workflow — fewer clicks per order.
Low-stock notifications. Get alerted in-app and by email when inventory runs low, with accurate per-variant tracking.
Support built in. Open and track support tickets without leaving BinHQ.
Undo and redo across the workflow. Cancel a pick list, pull an order out of one, or cancel and re-do a fulfillment — mistakes are no longer permanent.
Smarter packages and units. Edit packages, pick from common package types, and set weight in oz or grams and dimensions in inches or cm with sensible defaults.
Per-unit scan mode. Require a scan for every unit, not just every line, for higher pick accuracy.
Picker link controls. Regenerate picker links, see when they expire, and invalidate old ones instantly.

Bin locations with walk-order sorting. Map your warehouse so pickers always take the shortest path.
Consolidated pick lists with batch fulfillment. Select dozens of orders, get one pick list, and fulfill them all in one click.
Mobile picker with PIN-protected links. Pickers just need a phone and a PIN — no app install, no training.
Barcode aliases with multiple barcodes per variant. Scan whatever's on the box and it still matches the right product.
Scan-to-confirm picking. Optionally require a barcode scan before a pick is confirmed, for near-zero mispicks.
CSV import and export. Move bins and product assignments in and out in bulk.
Bin label printing. Print bin labels in three common Avery sizes.
Activity log. A full trail of who did what, and when.
Analytics and reports. See pick speed, accuracy, and throughput at a glance.
